Growing with Cypress: Our Vision for Middle School

Rooted in Faith. Inspired by Wonder. Growing Together.

At The Cypress School, we believe that education is a journey—one that nurtures not only academic growth but also character, faith, curiosity, and a lifelong love of learning.

As our Cypress community continues to grow, we are excited to explore the possibility of expanding our educational offerings to include 6th, 7th, and 8th grades!

Our vision is to build upon the foundation that makes Cypress so special: small class sizes, meaningful relationships, individualized instruction, hands-on discovery, and a Christ-centered approach to education.

A Middle School Experience with Purpose

We envision a middle school program that honors the unique developmental needs of students as they transition from childhood into adolescence.

Our goal is to create an environment where students are challenged academically, encouraged to think critically, and supported as they develop greater independence, responsibility, and confidence.

Through engaging academics, collaborative learning, meaningful projects, and opportunities for leadership, we hope to inspire students to discover their God-given gifts and use them with purpose.

We envision a program that combines strong academic foundations with the creativity, exploration, and sense of community that families have come to love about Cypress.

Growing with Our Families

One of the greatest blessings of our school is the relationships we build with our students and their families.

As children grow, we want to explore opportunities for those relationships to continue through the important middle school years.

We are currently gathering family feedback and evaluating program options, facilities, staffing, and other considerations as we explore this exciting possibility.
